Protein Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Cup Oats
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/4 cup Truvia
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Cup of drained and rinsed Black beans

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it has the consistency of a brownie batter
  3. Place in a greased pan or muffin tins
  4. Bake for 25 mins
