The Approach

Jensen Fitness will provide you with a customized nutrition plan that has been crafted specifically for you, and includes nutrition strategies that will teach you the right, balanced way to lose weight and maintain incredible results. You can expect regular check-ins and unlimited support from Jensen Fitness during your entire program.

During your introductory call with us, we will take the time to understand your goals, objectives, and timelines and will recommend which format is best suited for you!

  1. An Initial Consultation: The program will begin with a consultation addressing your current level of nutrition, any allergies or food sensitivities you may have, your goals, and the timelines required to achieve those goals.
  2. Full Customization: We use a state-of-the-art body scanner which takes 800 measurements using an infra-red camera and creates a 3D avatar of your body. These measurements include a posture and balance analysis, as well as all your muscle measurements to check for imbalances, lean mass, fat mass, body fat percentage, and BMR metrics.
  3. Regular Check-Ins: Homework, check-ins, and accountability from our trainers will keep you on track while ensuring you have fun with targeted exercise sessions.

Your program ends when you reach your goals, and when you’re walking away with all of the tools you need to keep the weight off for good. Our goal is to teach you lifelong and sustainable strategies to maintain your weight loss, leaving you feeling confident, healthy and capable in all aspects of your life.
