We’ll: Discuss your exercise and health history, Assess injuries, limitations, or special considerations.  Evaluate your current lifestyle and nutrition habits, Create a tailored plan that sets the foundation for long-term success
     
  • Step 2: Personalized Training & Nutrition

    Comprehensive Training Sessions: 60-minute appointments covering strength training, mobility, balance, corrective exercise, and cardio all paced for you.   Customized Nutrition Plans: Affordable, flexible nutrition and meal planning led by a Registered Dietitian, designed to fuel your transformation.  Ongoing Support: Regular check-ins and progress tracking with Fit3D and fitness apps to ensure your plan adapts with your body.  Injury Prevention & Physical Assessments: We design workouts that respect your body and prevent setbacks.
