Registered Dietitian

Our Nutrition Coaching Program, led by a Registered Dietitian, offers personalized guidance and support tailored to your health status, dietary preferences, and lifestyle. We focus on evidence-based methods to craft a unique meal plan that aligns with your individual needs and goals. More than just a diet plan, our approach emphasizes the development of sustainable healthy habits.

Your sessions with our Registered Dietitian are fully virtual and tailored to your needs — whether that means weekly, biweekly, or monthly check-ins. You’ll receive ongoing support and coaching through any challenges, so you’re never alone in reaching your health and fitness goals. After each appointment, we provide receipts with the Alberta Dietitian number for insurance and benefit submission.

The Jensen Fitness Online Coaching Program is a 24-week, fully personalized strength, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching experience for women who want to train smarter, feel stronger, and create lasting change.

We start with a comprehensive intake process to understand your goals, health history, hormone status, and lifestyle so that every element of your plan is designed specifically for you. Our approach combines science-based training, hormone-smart nutrition, and habit coaching to help you build strength, confidence, and balance—without burnout or restriction. You’ll receive custom workouts, personalized nutrition guidance from our registered dietitian, and regular check-ins and accountability, all delivered through an advanced online coaching platform that keeps you organized, supported, and motivated every step of the way.
