How to stay in shape now that all the gyms are closed

If you're cooped up and cabin fever is starting to set in, one of the last things you may want to do is work out at home. For some people, even the act of traveling to the gym provides an emotional boost. Now that we can no longer do that, it's important to find other ways to kickstart our emotional and physical well-being routines. Here are a few ways we can do so.
