After more than two decades in the industry and hundreds of client transformations, Christine understands that women’s bodies, hormones, and goals evolve through each stage of life. From balancing careers and family to navigating perimenopause and menopause, she’s experienced it all firsthand, and built a program designed to help women feel vibrant, strong, and confident no matter their age or stage.
