The winner will be chosen by the following criteria:

1. 50% progress. 
2. 50% by judging.

Jensen Fitness wants to help you change your body in only 10 weeks!  This challenge is about joining a community of motivated people, who support and encourage one another toward a lifestyle change, in only 10 weeks.  The official start date is Saturay March 19, on this day we will be hosting a kickoff party at the Jensen Fitness Studio.  Come join us for your measurements, before photos, taken by Bombelkie Artists and Photographers and a glass of champagne to celebrate the start of the Summer Slimdown Transformation Challenge

Each one of our participants receives 10 personal training sessions at the Jensen Fitness Studio, as well online workouts and a customized nutrition plan on JaLP.ca  Each online training program comes with videos to help make sure you are doing the movements correctly. 

JaLP is a FREE community centered around a workout and nutrition planner with a journal that allows users to connect and train online with trainers, and connect with other members to encourage and support physical and mental performance

Lululemon has joined with us to make sure you are looking great and feeling even better with a custom fitting session at one of their stores, as well as each Summer Slimdown participant receives a Lululemon active wear top, along with an incredible program of free fitness classes to help propel you through your Summer Slimdown.  The lululemon manifesto - "We are passionate about sweating every day and we want the world to know it. Breathing deeply, drinking water and getting outside also top the list of things we can’t live without. Get to know our manifesto and learn a little more about what lights our fire."   Lululemon is also donating a prize pack to the grand prize winner of our challenge.

Bombelkie Artists and Photographers have partnered with the Summer Slimdown to provide each participant 3 professionally edited images from the photoshoot that will take place May 28 at the Jensen Fitness Studio for only $99.  Bombelkie has offered to give the grand prize winner a "Monumental1" Photo Package valued at $1500. Marcin and Dawid Witukiewicz are identical twin brothers born only 5 minutes apart.
