To begin, clients complete three initial sessions with our Registered Dietitian (all virtual), which are payable upfront:
60-minute nutrition assessment — a full review of your diet history, metabolic health, gut health, sleep, stress levels, and lab work (if available). This assessment gives us a clear picture of where your body is at, and what’s needed to restore balance.
60-minute program design session — we build the foundation of your personalized nutrition program. For some clients this includes a custom meal plan, while for others the first phase may focus on repairing metabolism, improving gut health, or addressing hormone-related concerns before moving into structured planning.
30-minute follow-up check-in — your first nutrition follow-up, usually 2-4 weeks after starting. In this session, we review your progress, make evidence-based adjustments, and ensure you feel confident with the plan.
After these initial sessions, clients continue with 30-min monthly follow-ups (flexible timing as needed), billed on a monthly plan for the duration of the program.
Most clients work with our Registered Dietitian for a total of 4 to 6 hours, spread across several sessions. For some, that may mean a shorter, focused plan, while others benefit from a longer 12 to 24+ week approach with continued support to achieve lasting results.
Every appointment includes a receipt with the Alberta Dietitian license number for insurance and benefit submission.
