10 Rounds as little rest as possible between rounds 

-10 Kettle bell Sumo squats with upright row 

-10(5 each leg) kettle bell single leg deadlifts 

-10 kettle bell squat and press

This workout can also be done with a dumbbell instead of a kettlebell
