Protein Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup Oats
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 5 egg whites
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1/4 cup Truvia
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Cup of drained and rinsed Black beans
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it has the consistency of a brownie batter
- Place in a greased pan or muffin tins
- Bake for 25 mins
