Flourless Banana Muffins

Flourless Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 cups of ground oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 walnut
  • Sweetner to taste ( I actually found I didn't need any that it was sweet enough 

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Mix dry ingredients
  3. In another bowl mix wet ingredients
  4. Combine all Ingredients together then place in muffin tins and bake for 25-30mins. Muffins are done when toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy
