Come cheer on our boy Dan at the Southern Alberta Bodybuilding Championships June 14/14 in Red Deer, AB. Dan has cut his bodyweight by 28 pounds in the last 11 weeks by lifting hard and following his meal plan.
So what does that actually look like? 5-6 days per week of weight lifting and minimal cardio. Most of the weight loss comes from the calorie burn during his workouts, coupled with a moderate carbohydrate intake, high protein, and a balance of healthy fats.
Of course a scaled down version of this style of training will work as well. Contact us for more information.
