if you don't take the time to prep your food you won't have your meals ready. Also you will lose time every day when it comes time to eating want to decide travel time and how to get there. Little bit of planning we can be 3 to 5 times more efficient and get way more stuff done today which leads to more happiness and more success I believe. Why is routine so important. I'll tell you why without it you you wouldn't get anything done or be efficient in your work. Here's a great example and one that I have been struggling with since the transition from The downtown gym to our studio in the Southeast
Now in order to be efficient it would be great if you had all of your clothes laid out and your shake made and pretty much everything sitting by the front door so you could jump out of bed grab your shit and go.
Now instead when I find him struggling with his we wake up and there's so much stuff to do but there's no predetermined order in which to do everything but everything seems to take longer than it should. In my ideal world I'd like to jump out of bed get on the computer with a cup of coffee and spend about 15 minutes posting my latest blog at updating our social media. Then it's pretty much time to grab our stuff and head to the gym. I wish it was like this but instead today I find that it has taken me a couple hours to get everything to
Instead of just getting things done quick. So where is the fly in this action and how do we apply this to the rest of our lives. The flies this. So anyway here's the thing life is short and it's really important that we get as many things done in a day as possible. This is where a team comes into play.
