Egg White Muffins for a quick and healthy breakfast

You need to try these Ketogenic friendly muffins

This is one of my favorite brekfast recipes! They are so quick to make. Each muffin equals 4 egg whites. I eat 2 with a piece of sprouted grain toast for breakfast :) 

DIRECTIOINS:

Preheat oven to 400

1 red pepper diced

1 green pepper dieced

1/4 onion diced

4 tbsp Franks Red Hot

2 tbsp Mrs. Dash sundried tomato oregano spice

6 cups liquid egg whites

1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese

salt & pepper taste

Combine all ingredient together

Pour 1/2 cup in each muffin

Bake for 10 mins
