One of our favorite recipes that is easy to make, and also easy to control the serving size.
They can be either pressed flat and cooked in a pan, or press them into muffin tins and bake.
Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2lbs ground turkey or chicken
- 1/3 cup of quick oats
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard or dry mustard
- ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp hot sauce ( I use Franks Red Hot)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 a small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cloves of garlic(crushed)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together
- Roll into balls and place in non-stick muffin pan
- Bake for about 45mins
*You could also cook them on the stove in a frying pan ENJOY
