Ingredients:
- 1 package lean ground turkey
- 1/4cup onion finely chopped
- 1/4-1/3 cup quick oats
- 1 garlic cloves minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard powder
-1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-1 the tbsp hot sauce (optional) - any other low sodium spices of your choice.
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400ºF. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2) Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Do not overwork. Form into 1-inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheet.
3) Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
