Ingredients:
1/3 cup Quick Oats or Oat flour
1/2 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Syntha 6 vanilla ice cream by BSN)
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tsp Truvia
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 Whole egg
4 Egg Whites
2 tbsp of Unsweetend Cashew Milk
Directions:
-Add all ingredients into a magic bullet and blend. You may need to add abit more milk or protein powder to get a perfect batter :)
-Pour batter into a waffle maker or cook as a pancake in a pan.
-Top with sugar free syrup or sugar free jam
