Go all out for 30 seconds with each exercise then move on to the next one (taking little to no rest in between exercises). Complete all 3 circuits with minimal rest. Repeat 4 times. This will take approx 24mins 
Circuit 1 
Air Bike 
Hamstring curls with the ball 
TRX read sent flyes 
Circuit 2
Air Bike 30 
Sissy squats 
Abs(I did sit-ups with 25lb body bar)  
Side lateral raises 
Circuit 3
Bosu Toe Taps 
Cable squats 
Abs(1 did Russian Twists with 25lb kettlebell)
