Flourless Chocolate Protein Zucchini Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups of ground quick oats
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder sifted
- 2/3 cup Truvia
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 scoops chocolate protein powder (I used 100% natural whey protein)
- 1 1/3 cup grated zucchini
- 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 3 egg whites
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine dry ingredients first
- Then add wet ingredients and mix well until blended
- Pour into a greased loaf pan
Bake for 30mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
