Audra was in great shape but was wanting to take her fitness to the next level, without sacrificing more time with friends and family. Before starting the 10 week challenge with Jensen Fitness Audra found that she was too dedicated to the gym. With working out 2 hours a day, 6 days a week she found that not only was she not giving her body time to rest and recover, but her social and family life were also being affected.

Audra had spent too much time worrying about the appearance part of fitness and didn’t take time to enjoy the other parts that came with it. She felt that this was something that needed to change. While training with Shayne and Christine, Aura learned how to get quicker results without having to dedicate so much time to the gym.

During the 10 week challenge Audra encountered some hurdles that came with the change in her routine. Some of the things she found most challenging included getting over doing less cardio and using more weights, eating every 2-3 hours, and having a cheat meal on Saturday.
“Set some goals, don’t have a certain picture in mind of where you want to be in the end, and remember that each goal is progress.”
