Turkey Muffins

One of our favorite recipes that is easy to make, and also easy to control the serving size.

They can be either pressed flat and cooked in a pan, or press them into muffin tins and bake.

Turkey Meatballs


  • 2lbs ground turkey or chicken
  • 1/3 cup of quick oats
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp mustard or dry mustard
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce ( I use Franks Red Hot)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 a small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cloves of garlic(crushed)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Roll into balls and place in non-stick muffin pan
  4. Bake for about 45mins

*You could also cook them on the stove in a frying pan  ENJOY
