Chocolate Zucchini Protein Bread

Flourless Chocolate Protein Zucchini Bread

​Ingredients

  • 2 cups of ground quick oats
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder sifted 
  • 2/3 cup Truvia
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 scoops chocolate protein powder (I used 100% natural whey protein)
  • 1 1/3 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine dry ingredients first
  3. Then add wet ingredients and mix well until blended
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan
Bake for 30mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
