Michelle is a U of C graduate, Registered Kinesiologist and CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. Her favourite modes of training are heavy lifts and High Intensity Interval Training. Michelle is passionate about helping women get strong and confident in the gym, rehabilitation of minor injuries, and creating functional strength for her clients that will transfer to better performance in their daily lives.
