Keana holds a Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta.  She enjoys spending time outdoors and in sports, she loves martial arts and spent eight years competing in Taekwondo.

 

Keana’s focus for her clients is longevity, whether your goal is making (and keeping) strength gains, sustainable weight loss, or trying to increase function/reduce pain in your body, she prioritizes a preventative-rehab (prehab) approach to improve weaknesses in the body as you go. 

Keana also loves focusing on making strength gains and intense heavy lifting, (especially for the female warriors out there) and prioritizes gaining mobility and strength in end ranges of motion to improve function and protect against injury!
